An interesting property in the center of beautiful Introdacqua a few minutes drive from beautiful Sulmona. One of the properties has been totally restored and the other (in front of this one) is to be completely restored or the walls strengthened to create a beautiful walled garden.

The finished property is small but has been restored very well retaining original features and is ready to use straight away. Comprises of a kitchen/dining area, bathroom, lounge (for me personally this should be a bedroom) and a spiral staircase leading to a very small bedroom under the roof.

Although the lounge is a great space with a fireplace I feel that it is best suited to be a bedroom as under the roof is very tight. The features in all the rooms are beautiful and it would make an idea holiday home. At the moment the current owners use outside their door as outdoor dining as cars do not pass here however 3 meters from the front door is the ruined property that could be restored to create a house or could be a garden area.
