A father and son working as security guards for a company that makes armored trucks encounter a group of would-be robbers on a bridge. They become trapped and must devise a plan to escape and ensure their survival. Sly only played an antagonist in 2003’s Robert Rodriguez’s “Spy Kids 3-D: Game Over.” And in 1975’s “Death Race 2000” against David Carradine. Armored cash-in-transit trucks rely heavily on GPS tracking systems to improve their security. When something goes wrong — be it an accident, an attack, or an unexpected stop — GPS data helps rescue workers understand the situation and get to the vehicle quickly. Certification pending. If they end up there, it won’t affect the acting in this film. Patric and his son are money truck drivers. They are ambushed by Sly’s crew. Most of the film takes place on a bridge where Patric and the boy try to survive while Sly and his crew try to get into the van. I gave it a five, I could have gone up to a six if I was being generous. It’s not great, but it kept me entertained for an hour and a half. I never thought I’d tune out after ten minutes, which is rare these days. If you don’t want to see anything else, give it a try. If your expectations are low, you won’t be disappointed if you don’t like it!
